    FLSA Status: Non-Exempt – Contractor Period 30-90 days to permanent

Headquartered in Austin, Texas, LumenServe℠ installs world-class LED lighting systems, provides the required compliance services ensuring compliance with all FAA-mandated lighting regulations, provides extended warranty, maintenance and repair services, and monitors lighting systems 24 x 7 x 365. These TLaaS℠ services are available across the country, with no upfront capital for qualified customers - delivered “as a service” for a monthly fee.

This is a team of driven industry veterans that have extensive experience and success building businesses across a broad spectrum of telecom markets and technologies, including tower construction, wireless networks, fiber networks, cable TV, VoIP, Security Access and Control Systems, IT networks, tower leasing and more. Collectively, the management team has raised more than $500M in capital, run large and small organizations, public and private companies, and has extensive industry experience.     LumenServe℠ relieves the headaches associated with obstruction lighting for our customers and provides a new, well maintained and safe LED lighting system. LumenServe℠ provides TLaaS℠ to the telecommunications, broadcast, energy, and Oil & Gas markets. LumenServe℠ also provides Obstruction Lighting as a Service (“OLaaS™”) for buildings, chimneys, bridges and other facilities that require obstruction lighting.

    Summary of Responsibilities: Sales and Marketing responsibilities for the company including:


    Sales & Marketing - Responsible for lead generation and sales to prospects including: driving lead generation marketing programs, initiating communications to prospects, and promoting and selling company products and services. The position will create and deliver customized customer proposals to the customer and will work with the company’s CRM and other back office systems.


    Account Management – Responsible for managing existing customer accounts including, customer communications, follow-up, up-sales, etc.


    Other - Responsible for securing information and completing data base entry into CRM system, maintaining safe and clean working environment, complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes. The position is also responsible for contributing to overall team goals while living our Value System.


    Principle Competencies:

    • Customer Relationship Management- Ability to design, implement and execute CRM business processes and associated applications.
    • Customer Retention- Knowledge of, and ability to, implement effective strategies and activities that promote long-term customer loyalty.
    • Customer Support Function- Knowledge of the major responsibilities, accountabilities, and organization of the customer support function or department.
    • Customer Standards & Procedures- Familiarity with organization's policies, standards and procedures guiding customer interactions.
    • Customer Interaction- Knowledge of practices, tools, and techniques for communicating with a customer.
    • Service Request Management- Knowledge of and ability to apply the processes, activities and tools associated with managing customer requests.

    Physical Requirements and Travel:

    • Little or no travel required.
    • Office environment with computer work at a desk and typical office duties.

    Education, Training and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree with experience in the field or in a related area, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Experience selling tower owners obstruction lighting products is a plus.
    • Strong computer skills.
    • Performs a variety of tasks and works under general supervision with creativity and latitude.
