Angela Pierce is founding CFO of LumenServe, Inc. with more than 20 years of experience in crafting financial strategies. She has raised nearly half a billion dollars in capital and has led the financial analysis and diligence for more than a dozen M&A opportunities. She has led the finance teams for small and large, public and private companies. She supports multiple start-up technology companies in a CFO capacity, most recently for a client’s sale to GoPro. She has been named Best CFO by the San Antonio Business Journal and Finance Monthly Magazine. Angela is a CPA and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and an MBA from The University of Texas. She wrote the book “20 Tips for Corporate Chicks” and speaks to women on what is needed to be successful in the work place.
