Each solution is customize based upon what your situation is (e.g. tower type, location, other engineering parameters, etc.). Typically, we run your situation through our engineering and proposal groups, and we provide a written proposal. That allows us to walk through each service and explain what is included. You will want to fully understand what all is included because we will save you time and money.

Tower Painting

Style A relies on paint for daytime marking and red lights at night. Style E uses white lights for daytime and twilight visibility and red lights at night, with painting of the tower typically not required under the FAA figure.

No. The correct marking and lighting method depends on the structure and the
applicable approved requirements.

For some towers, conversion to the appropriate Style E configuration may remove the
need for paint for obstruction marking purposes. That depends on the approved
requirements for the specific structure.

It refers to moving a tower from an A2 painted marking configuration to an E2 dual-
lighted configuration, typically replacing paint-based daytime marking with white
daytime lighting and red nighttime lighting.

Common reasons include reducing repaint burden, modernizing the site’s lighting
approach, and moving toward a more predictable long-term tower-lighting strategy.
