Depending on the system, LumenServe can monitor a range of operating conditions to help detect issues, support documentation, and inform next-step repair recommendations when needed. Reporting
Reporting is a core part of the Peace of Mind package. Each LumenServe client receives detailed reporting designed to provide visibility into system activity, compliance-related documentation, and maintenance history. Quarterly reports may include:
- Daily logs
- NOTAM history
- Uptime analysis
- Alerts and alarm status/history
- Overall system health status
- Maintenance and repair history

Monitoring System Equipment
LumenServe installs and maintains the required monitoring equipment and software for the Peace of Mind package. There are no upfront equipment costs for this monitoring setup.
- Monitored by our dual NOCs with alerting
- We issue and manage NOTAMs as needed and provide data storage and backup of the log for a minimum of two (2) years.
- LumenServe uses both SNMP/gateway for the system and dry contact monitoring for redundancy
- We install a router at each site with an assigned port, static IP and a VPN to our NOCs to ensure security


M2M Carrier Solution
At site locations where our customer does not have internet available, we utilize a secure M2M network with strong features including:
- Our carrier network is best-in-class with 14 carriers available internationally and the four largest domestic carriers available nationwide (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile).
- We select the carrier with the best signal strength and highest reliability for a given site.
- We have 24/7/365 monitoring and support for each connection.
- Backhaul is included in our service and we handle the SIM card, equipment, configuration and all details.*

If your lighting system requires repair, we handle the entire process, from quote to completion, using the same experienced crews trusted across our 1,000+ tower sites.
When an issue arises, we will:
- Provide a clear, time-and-materials quote outlining the required scope of work
- Source and order all necessary parts upon your approval
- Once the parts are received, schedule and complete the repair using our proven field teams
