Your Compliance Checklist

Our NOCs monitor thousands of network nodes throughout the United States, utilizing best-in-class network monitoring applications. In addition to helping support compliance-related responsibilities, we help customers identify issues early, document system activity, and understand when repair action may be needed. The following information can be monitored, depending upon the lighting system.
  • Monitor Your Lighting Systems: Our team will ensure that any qualifying outage is reported to the FAA with a Notice to Air Missions (NOTAM) filed within 30 minutes.
  • Daily Monitoring Log: Keep records of daily system performance.
  • Quarterly On-Site Inspections: Regular maintenance to ensure continued compliance.
  • Top Portion Paint Inspection: For Style A towers, we ensure the paint is up to standard.
  • Biennial Lens Inspection: Routine inspections to help maintain clarity and visibility.
  • Compliance Logs: We maintain records for 2 years, so you’re always prepared for an audit.

Monitoring System Equipment

LumenServe installs and maintains the required monitoring equipment and software for the Peace of Mind package. There are no upfront equipment costs for this monitoring setup.

  • Monitored by our dual NOCs with alerting
  • We issue and manage NOTAMs as needed and provide data storage and backup of the log for a minimum of two (2) years.
  • LumenServe uses both SNMP/gateway for the system and dry contact monitoring for redundancy
  • We install a router at each site with an assigned port, static IP and a VPN to our NOCs to ensure security

M2M Carrier Solution

At site locations where our customer does not have internet available, we utilize a secure M2M network with strong features including:

  • Our carrier network is best-in-class with 14 carriers available internationally and the four largest domestic carriers available nationwide (AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile).
  • We select the carrier with the best signal strength and highest reliability for a given site.
  • We have 24/7/365 monitoring and support for each connection.
  • Backhaul is included in our service and we handle the SIM card, equipment, configuration and all details.*

Tower Lighting Repairs

If your lighting system requires repair, we handle the entire process, from quote to completion, using the same experienced crews trusted across our 1,000+ tower sites.

When an issue arises, we will:

  • Provide a clear, time-and-materials quote outlining the required scope of work
  • Source and order all necessary parts upon your approval
  • Once the parts are received, schedule and complete the repair using our proven field teams
