Without a warranty, every failure is its own project: a climb, a mobilization, parts, and labor, all billed after the fact. LumenServe's Assurance Warranty removes that risk. Our approach is all-inclusive for any type of failure, on ground and above ground, equipment and materials, labor and mobilization. Defective equipment is either repaired or replaced. Put simply, we take care of the systems, at a flat rate for up to five years.
